🦷 Denturist vs Dentist, The Process & Prices
Should you see a dentist or a denturist? Sometimes both are involved in your care, each with an important role in your oral health.
❤️ What a Denturist Does
A denturist is a licensed professional focused entirely on dentures. We design, create, fit, and repair them, all in our clinic. You work directly with the person making your dentures from start to finish.
- Complete dentures (full set)
- Partial dentures (replace a few teeth)
- Immediate dentures (placed the same day teeth are removed)
- Relines, adjustments, and repairs
From your first impressions to the final fitting, everything is done in our clinic and on-site denture laboratory, making sure your dentures look natural, fit confortably, and feel truly like your own.
💙 What a Dentist Does
A dentist ensures your mouth is healthy and ready for dentures. Dentist can also provide dentures, but through an external lab:
- Dentist takes impressions, bite, and tooth shade.
- Send the information to a dental laboratory for production.
- After the work is done by the dental laboratory, the dentist insert and adjust the finished dentures.
🤝 Working Together for Your Smile
- Dentists keep your mouth healthy and guide you through the process.
- Denturists design, create, and fit your denturesm, all in one place.
Together, they ensure your dentures fit comfortably, look natural, and support oral health.
